While our warranty covers both materials and workmanship as per Gold I-CAR standards, there are a few exceptions:

Normal wear and tear
Rust repairs, unless the parts installed are new
General road conditions such as stone chips, scratches, etc
Use of low-quality materials or parts on the request of the insurance or customer
